1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CJ Service Ads website, content, forms, communications, and related online materials (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms also apply to general inquiries, consultation requests, and interactions through the Site unless a separate written agreement applies.

The Site is operated by CJ Service Ads (“CJ Service Ads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting information through the Site, or contacting us through the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Use

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes, including learning about CJ Service Ads, submitting inquiries, requesting information, reviewing services, or contacting us.

3. No Automatic Client Relationship

Submitting a form, sending an email, scheduling a call, or communicating with CJ Service Ads does not create a client relationship, consulting relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or obligation for CJ Service Ads to provide services.

A client relationship is formed only when CJ Service Ads and the client agree to written service terms, which may include a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, invoice, or other written agreement.

4. Services Described on the Site

The Site may describe services such as paid ads audits, Google Ads builds or rebuilds, conversion tracking setup or guidance, lead quality systems, reporting, and light ongoing optimization.

Service descriptions on the Site are general summaries only. Actual services, pricing, timelines, deliverables, exclusions, and responsibilities will be governed by the written agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other approved service document applicable to a specific engagement.

CJ Service Ads may modify, discontinue, or change the services described on the Site at any time without notice.

5. No Performance Guarantees

CJ Service Ads does not guarantee any specific advertising, marketing, financial, or business outcome.

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, budget, website experience, landing pages, offer strength, pricing, sales follow-up, customer service, reviews, platform algorithms, tracking reliability, seasonality, and business operations.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of:

(a) lead volume;
(b) lead quality;
(c) booked jobs;
(d) revenue;
(e) return on ad spend;
(f) profit;
(g) cost per lead;
(h) conversion rate;
(i) ad position;
(j) impression share;
(k) ranking;
(l) platform approval; or
(m) any other specific result.

6. Website Content Is Informational

The content on the Site is provided for general informational and business purposes only.

It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, technical, or professional advice for your specific situation. You should consult appropriate professionals before relying on any information for legal, financial, tax, privacy, compliance, or business decisions.

7. User Submissions

If you submit information through the Site, including forms, messages, business details, website URLs, advertising concerns, or service requests, you represent that the information is accurate, lawful, and that you have authority to provide it.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit does not violate any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, privacy laws, platform policies, or other legal requirements.

You grant CJ Service Ads permission to use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, prepare recommendations, provide requested information, communicate with you, and conduct ordinary business operations, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Account Access and Client Information

If you later provide access to advertising accounts, analytics accounts, websites, tag management systems, call tracking platforms, form tools, CRM systems, or other business platforms, such access will be governed by the applicable written service agreement or scope of work.

You are responsible for granting appropriate permissions, maintaining control of your accounts, and removing access when appropriate.

9. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on the Site, if any, are for general informational purposes and may change at any time.

Final pricing, payment terms, deposits, retainers, billing schedules, third-party costs, refund rules, cancellation rules, and service scope will be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, payment policy, or written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising spend, platform fees, software fees, call tracking fees, landing page fees, third-party tools, and similar expenses are not included in CJ Service Ads service fees and remain the client’s responsibility.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable written agreement, invoice, payment terms, refund policy, cancellation policy, or statement of work.

Because CJ Service Ads provides consulting, audit, strategy, setup, tracking, and advertising-related services, fees may become non-refundable once work begins, deliverables are prepared, account reviews are conducted, time is reserved, or services are performed.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, service descriptions, templates, structure, branding, copy, documents, checklists, processes, and other materials, are owned by CJ Service Ads or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the Site for your own internal business evaluation purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, republish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or use Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from CJ Service Ads.

12. Trademarks

CJ Service Ads name, branding, logos, marks, slogans, service names, and related identifiers are the property of CJ Service Ads.

You may not use any CJ Service Ads name, logo, mark, or branding without prior written permission.

All other third-party names, marks, products, or services mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

13. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services, including advertising platforms, analytics tools, call tracking tools, scheduling tools, payment processors, or other external services.

CJ Service Ads does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, policies, content, availability, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party tools or websites is subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information.

By using the Site or submitting information, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

15. Availability of the Site

CJ Service Ads does not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, current, or error-free.

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CJ Service Ads disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and performance.

CJ Service Ads does not warrant that the Site, content, forms, links, tools, or communications will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CJ Service Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost profit damages arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, communications through the Site, or reliance on Site content.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost revenue, lost business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, platform issues, advertising losses, business interruption, or decisions made based on Site content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CJ Service Ads’ total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to CJ Service Ads for use of the Site, whichever is greater.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CJ Service Ads, its owners, officers, contractors, representatives, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

(a) your use of the Site;
(b) your violation of these Terms;
(c) information you submit to CJ Service Ads;
(d) your violation of law or third-party rights;
(e) your misuse of Site content;
(f) your business operations, products, services, advertising claims, or customer communications; or
(g) your unauthorized use of any account, platform, or data.

19. Electronic Communications

By contacting CJ Service Ads through the Site, email, form, scheduling tool, or other electronic method, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

Electronic communications may include responses to inquiries, service information, proposal discussions, billing communications, project communications, and other business-related messages.

You may request that we stop sending non-essential communications, but we may continue sending transactional or service-related communications when appropriate.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in [Bannock County, Idaho], and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

21. Changes to These Terms

CJ Service Ads may update these Terms from time to time.

If we update these Terms, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

23. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing. A waiver of one breach shall not constitute a waiver of any other or later breach.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and CJ Service Ads regarding use of the Site.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with CJ Service Ads for services, that written agreement will govern the services covered by that agreement.
